Nearly 40 domestic violence and sexual assault advocates completed the 40-hour Advocacy for Native Women training offered by Native Women’s Society of the Great Plains. The trainings were divided into two session of 20 hours each, held in October and September in Rapid City, SD. The first part of 20 hours of the advocacy training can be taken online developed by Native Women’s Society of the Great Plains.
